This is an agreement outlining the terms for your Shared Spaces room rental with
Commonwealth Autism. By signing, you’re confirming that you understand and agree to
these guidelines for using our space.
Using Our Space:
• Purpose: Please only use the room(s) for the purpose you told us about. If you need
to change it, please ask us first.
• Cleanliness: We ask that you leave the room(s) and common areas as tidy as you
found them. You’re responsible for any cleaning needed beyond normal use.
• Equipment: Please use all our equipment carefully. If something isn’t working,
please contact us for assistance.
• What’s not allowed: No illegal activities, smoking, open flames, dangerous
materials, or excessive noise. Please follow all laws.
Damages & Responsibility
• Damages: You’ll be responsible for any damage to our rooms, furniture, or
equipment caused by you, your guests, or anyone you invite, beyond normal wear
and tear. You’ll cover the full cost for repairs or replacements.
• Commonwealth Autism is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or injured property
or people during your rental, unless it’s clearly our serious fault.
Governing Law:
This agreement will follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disagreements
will be handled in the courts in Richmond, Virginia.
Tax Reporting:
Upon request, Commonwealth Autism shall provide a completed IRS Form W-9 for
payment processing and/or tax reporting purposes.
No Transfer of Rental:
This rental agreement is specifically for the client named in the booking. The rented space
and this agreement cannot be transferred to or given to another party without our prior
written permission.
