FEE OPTIONS
We recognize that no two food businesses are alike, so we have designed our fees options to fit everyone, whether it’s for two hours a month or ten hours a week.
Pop Up:
- Hourly rate: $43.75
- Overage rate (anything over 8 hours): $45 per hour
- Base amount: $350.00
- Security deposit: $300.00
Emerging Food Entrepreneurs:
- Monthly allocation: Up to 9 hours
- Minimum hours: 4 hours
- Rate: $25 per hour
- Peak rate: $25
- Off-peak rate: $22.50
- Base amount: $100.00
- Security deposit: $100.00
Part Time:
- Monthly allocation: 10-20 hours
- Rate: $20 per hour
- Peak rate: $25
- Off-peak rate: $22.50
- Base amount: $400.00
- Security deposit: $100.00
Full Time:
- Monthly allocation: 21-40 hours
- Rate: $17.50 per hour (same for peak and off-peak hours)
- Base amount: $700.00
- Security deposit: $100.00
Food Trucks:
- Monthly allocation: Up to 4 hours
- Rate: $25 per hour
- Peak rate: $28
- Off-peak rate: $22.50
- Minimum charge: $100.00 per month (for a 6-month period)
- Security deposit: $100.00
Food Carts:
- Monthly allocation: Up to 9 hours
- Rate: $25 per hour
- Peak rate: $28
- Off-peak rate: $22.50
- Minimum charge: $100.00 (for a 6-month period)
- Security deposit: $100.00
Caterers/Meal Prep Delivery Service:
- Monthly allocation: Up to 9 hours
- Rate: $25 per hour
- Peak rate: $22.50
- Off-peak rate: $17.50
- Minimum charge: $100.00 (for a 6-month period)
- Security deposit: $100.00
We would also like to highlight some additional services available at Commonwealth Autism TowneBank Community Kitchen:
- Off-Peak (10:00pm – 8:00am) rate: $22.50 per hour
- Dry Storage: $35 per month
- Freezer & Fridge Storage: $35 per month or $5 per day
- Potable Water and Grey Water Dumping ONLY: $50 per month
- Private Consulting: Available upon request
