ASCV Virtual Workshop

Join the ASCV and Barbara Simeroth from SpectrumWise College Consulting on Tuesday, September 29 at 6pm for for the virtual workshop- Teens with ASD in the Virtual Classroom: A Discussion about Challenges & Possible Solutions.

As a large number of local students and their families enter unfamiliar territory with the beginning of the 2020 school year, many students are now “going” to school in their home via a computer screen. For students with autism this can present some unique issues. Sometimes the loss of familiar support and a new way of communicating and learning can be overwhelming.
