Preparing for Transition as a Family System

This webinar is an introduction to transition for families of neurodiverse adults and teens. In this webinar we will cover joys and fears of families with transition-age adults on the spectrum, family system theories and their relevance to transition, and strategies/mindset to prepare for independence.
