Individual Pediatric Grants
Oracle Health Foundation accepts pediatric grant applications from the United States, Canada, and through select international providers to help children receive needed care. Applicants must meet specific criteria and fall within the funding guidelines noted below.
This funding includes travel expenses related to the child’s care; clinical necessities such as dental work, medication, therapy, or surgery; and medical equipment such as hearing aids, wheelchairs, communication devices, and eyeglasses. Expenses not covered: debt reduction, past medical bills, copays or deductibles, home modifications, research funding, alternative or experimental treatments, or travel outside of North America.
Financial Guidelines
To identify your qualifying income, take your adjusted gross income and subtract out-of-pocket medical expenses for the child in the past year. Your adjusted gross income can be taken from the first page of your federal tax return.

Funding Criteria
Before completing the application, please ensure the applicant meets the following criteria:
- Applicant must be 21 years of age or younger (special consideration given for individuals 22-25 receiving
pediatric treatment) - Child must be under the care of a physician
- Grant request must be clinically relevant to the child’s health
- Insurance has denied coverage or there is no insurance coverage
- Request does not exceed $17,000 (average grant amount is $2,500)
- One request per 12 months per child (maximum of three grants in a child’s lifetime)
