Social skills are an important part of our daily lives. COVID-19 has had an impact on our social relationships, social emotional health and physical health.

Come and join this six-week course to discuss the ins and outs of maintaining and developing friendships and relationships while social distancing. Learn more about your strengths, interests and preferences and how you can foster these in a virtual world. Participants will engage in discussions and practice on how to navigate the social world using virtual platforms and being a good digital citizen. Self-care strategies, self- determination and building self-awareness will also be a part of this six week program.

This class will be taught by Teresa Cogar M.Ed., PBSF
