About this event
PEATC, in collaboration with Suffolk Public Schools, presents Understanding Special Education and Ins and Outs of IEP Meetings. These two presentations provide parents with the foundation needed to navigate special education in Virginia. Attendees will learn about the process, how to prepare for meetings, and have the opportunity to ask questions about how to effectively advocate for their child.
