About this event

This dynamic online training will provide the comprehensive education of a classroom without ever having to leave your home!

The Behavior Analyst Certification Board® has established standards for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This credential was created to establish training standards for staff who are responsible for working directly with students/clients. CA Human Services offers this training program for individuals interested in pursuing this credential. This dynamic online training provides in-depth coverage of the RBT Task List and opportunities for practice and feedback. CA Human Services has partnered with NV Instruction to provide RBT Training. Those who take this course will be provided instruction from specialized trainers by NV Instruction. For the most comprehensive and systematic training, instruction will be lead each day from a different trainer who specializes in specific RBT competencies.

Participants will need to participate in both the full-day training, follow-up practice and competency assessments to qualify to sit for the RBT exam. A full schedule of the training dates can be found below. The program is offered independent of the BACB. Please visit the BACB website for more information on that certification.

About CA:

In 1995, a frustrated but visionary group of parents of children with autism started our organization to bridge the service gaps their families faced.

We’re still passionate about serving people with autism, but our mission has expanded to include systems level work for all types of developmental disabilities. Since our humble beginnings around a kitchen table, we’ve grown to an organization with a budget of $3.7 million.

And now in addition to providing direct support and services for people with autism and developmental disabilities, we also work to improve the systems that serve them.
