All About You Residential Care is locally owned and operated. Our agency was founded with a model of care delivery like no other. We consider our clients and their families to be an extension of our own family. We provide quality care from the heart and promote the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals who are entrusted to us.

We offer a vast range of services catering to the elderly, disabled, and developmentally disabled population. Our services are coordinated with a specific plan that is created for each individual we serve. This ensures that our client’s individual needs are sufficiently met. We also track the progress of their health and skills development to see to it that our services are making a positive contribution to their quality of life.

Group Home
Our program structure promotes the development of healthy self-esteem, age-appropriate coping and social skills, self-awareness, interpersonal problem-solving, and positive decision-making in a therapeutic, group-focused setting. Our range of supportive services and the environment will encourage each individual to fulfill their personal dreams and aspirations. For admission into our home, the individual must be 18 years or older with a primary Intellectual Disability (mild, moderate, or severe) diagnosis.

Our home is a ranch-style home located in the heart of Chesapeake. It is a safe and supportive environment that consists of no more than three females living together with similar support needs and interests. Each bedroom is furnished and the residents will have their own private bedroom. Our home also includes an activity room, washer and dryer, cable and wi-fi, and a beautiful deck and yard for outdoor activities.

Our skilled and experienced staff provides 24/7 support and supervision with activities of daily living, health and safety, medication management, behavior management, house management, and transportation to appointments and community outings.

Supportive In-Home Services
Supportive In-Home Services for children and adults with developmental disabilities in the home and community. This is a structured program of care that meets the physical, emotional, health, and safety needs of the participants enrolled. Staff called Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) support and assist each individual with social contact, community integration, personal/self-help and training, behavior management, recreation/education, and person-centered living.

DSPs provide protection, guidance, and supervision in the home while working with the individual and implementing the objectives of the ISP. The ISP is reviewed and modified quarterly and/or as needed or when the individual’s life circumstances/assessment needs change.

Individual needs are discussed with the individual being served, his/her family or authorized representative/guardian, and his/her team members at the treatment planning meeting(s). The Individual Support Plan (ISP) is developed to meet the individual’s needs and implemented via trained staff. Our staffing ratio is 1:1.
